Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Granvero. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions and procedures applicable to returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged products, and refunds.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition;
  • Have all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging attached or included;
  • Be free from stains, odors, alterations, damage, or signs of wear;
  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase from Granvero.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer..

2. How to Request a Return

To begin a return, contact Granvero at support@thegranvero.com and provide:

  • Your full name;
  • Your order number;
  • The product you wish to return;
  • The reason for the return;
  • Photos or videos, when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from Granvero. Returns sent without prior authorization, to an unauthorized address, or using an address shown on the original package may not be accepted.

After reviewing your request, we will provide the applicable return instructions and return destination.

3. Return Shipping Costs

When a return is requested because the customer changed their mind, selected the wrong size, no longer wants the item, or ordered by mistake, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

When Granvero confirms that the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, materially different from its description, or that the wrong item was sent, Granvero will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless:

  • The return results from an error by Granvero;
  • The order was damaged, defective, or incorrect;
  • The order was canceled because Granvero could not ship it within the promised or legally permitted timeframe;
  • A refund of shipping charges is otherwise required by applicable law.

Granvero does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service and retain the shipping receipt. Granvero is not responsible for return packages lost before being received at the designated return location.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return, except when defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or when otherwise required by law:

  • Gift cards;
  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products;
  • Products marked as final sale before purchase;
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used;
  • Products returned without their original tags or essential packaging;
  • Personal-care, hygiene-sensitive, or sealed products after the seal has been opened;
  • Products purchased from another retailer or website.

Final-sale designations do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

When an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the item ordered, contact support@thegranvero.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Include clear photos or videos showing:

  • The product;
  • The defect or damage;
  • The packaging;
  • The shipping label, when relevant.

After reviewing the information, Granvero may offer, depending on the circumstances:

  • A replacement;
  • A refund;
  • A partial refund;
  • A repair or other appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory warranty, product conformity, or consumer protection rights available under applicable law.

6. Exchanges

Granvero does not guarantee direct exchanges for every product, size, or color.

The fastest way to obtain another item is generally to return the eligible product and place a new order after the return has been approved.

A replacement for a defective or incorrect product may be provided without requiring a separate purchase, depending on availability and the circumstances of the claim.

7. Refund Process

After the returned product is received, Granvero will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method in United States dollars (USD).

Granvero aims to process approved refunds within 10 business days after completing the return inspection. Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since Granvero confirmed that a refund was issued, contact us for assistance.

Granvero is not responsible for exchange-rate differences, foreign transaction fees, bank charges, or currency conversion costs imposed by the customer’s financial institution.

8. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued when permitted by law and reasonably appropriate, including when:

  • A product is returned with missing packaging, tags, or accessories;
  • The product shows handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it;
  • Only part of an order is returned;
  • The customer accepts a partial refund as a resolution to a minor issue.

No deduction will be applied in a manner that unlawfully restricts mandatory consumer rights.

9. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation by contacting support@thegranvero.com.

Granvero will attempt to cancel the order when it has not yet been processed or shipped. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.

When cancellation is no longer possible, the customer may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Granvero may cancel an order because of:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Pricing or product-information errors;
  • Payment authorization problems;
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
  • Delivery restrictions;
  • Violation of the Terms of Service.

When Granvero cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded in USD to the original payment method.

10. Delayed or Unshipped Orders

Granvero will ship orders within the timeframe presented on the product page, during checkout, or in the order confirmation.

When Granvero cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, the customer will be informed and may be offered a revised shipping date.

Where required by applicable law, the customer may either:

  • Agree to the revised shipping date; or
  • Cancel the unshipped order and receive a full and prompt refund.

If no shipping timeframe was provided, Granvero will comply with the timeframe required under applicable United States law.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Granvero before opening a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

This request does not restrict the customer’s legal right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge with their payment provider.

Fraudulent, abusive, or duplicate chargeback activity may result in order cancellation or restrictions on future purchases.

12. Consumer Rights

This policy is intended to provide contractual return rights in addition to rights available under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or waives any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived.
