These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Granvero website, online store, products, content, and related services.

By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using the store, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them.

1. Store Operator

This online store is operated under the name Granvero from the United States.

Throughout these Terms, “Granvero,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Granvero online store.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase.

If you use the store on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The website is not intended for unlawful use.

3. Products and Store Information

Granvero makes reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, materials, prices, and availability accurately.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed by Granvero are stated in United States dollars (USD) unless expressly indicated otherwise.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other charges will be displayed during checkout when they are collected by Granvero.

The customer’s payment provider may apply foreign-exchange rates, international transaction fees, or other charges. Granvero does not control those charges.

Granvero may change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Price changes do not affect previously accepted orders unless required to correct an obvious error and permitted by law.

5. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

Granvero may verify:

• Payment authorization;
• Product availability;
• Shipping eligibility;
• Customer information;
• Potential fraud or abuse.

Granvero may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

• Product unavailability;
• Incorrect pricing or product information;
• Payment failure;
• Suspected fraud;

• Resale activity;
• Delivery restrictions;
• Violation of these Terms.

If Granvero cancels a paid order, the amount collected for the canceled portion will be refunded in USD to the original payment method.

6. Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method;
• The information provided is accurate;
• Granvero and its payment providers may process the transaction;
• Applicable charges may be submitted for authorization.

Payment processing is performed by Shopify or authorized third-party payment providers and may be subject to additional terms.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is governed by the Granvero Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless Granvero expressly guarantees a date.

Granvero will comply with applicable requirements concerning shipping timeframes, delay notices, cancellations, and refunds.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Granvero Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections.

9. Customer Accounts

You may be permitted to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials confidential;
• Providing accurate information;
• Restricting unauthorized access to your device;
• Notifying Granvero of suspected unauthorized activity.

Granvero may suspend or terminate an account associated with fraud, abuse, policy violations, or security risks.

Granvero may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, but will not prohibit or penalize customers for posting honest negative reviews.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions may be subject to separate conditions, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, purchase limits, and product exclusions.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Promotions cannot be combined;
• Discount codes have no cash value;
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively;
• Abuse may result in cancellation;
• Refunds will not exceed the amount actually paid in USD.

Granvero is not responsible for third-party websites, applications, content, policies, or services that it does not control.

Electronic communications satisfy legal requirements that communications be in writing to the extent permitted by law.

Marketing communications are subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable consent and unsubscribe rights.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Granvero does not guarantee that:

• The website will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
• Every product will remain available;
• All technical issues will be corrected immediately;
• Website content will be free from every minor error.

This disclaimer does not exclude:

• Express product commitments made by Granvero;
• Rights relating to defective or misdescribed products;
• Mandatory warranties;
• Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Granvero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may legally be limited, Granvero’s aggregate liability relating to a specific purchase will not exceed the amount paid in USD for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, certain personal injuries, or mandatory consumer protections.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Granvero harmless from third-party claims arising from:

• Your unlawful use of the website;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your infringement of another person’s rights;
• Content you knowingly submit in violation of law.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Granvero for Granvero’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable federal laws of the United States and applicable state law, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply based on the customer’s location.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a customer of rights that cannot legally be waived.

20. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, the parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve the matter by contacting support@thegranvero.com and providing a reasonable description of the issue.

This informal process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief, filing a valid payment dispute, contacting a consumer-protection authority, or exercising any non-waivable legal right.

Any legal proceeding must be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction over the dispute.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

22. No Waiver

A failure by Granvero to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

23. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without prior written consent.

Granvero may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law.

24. Termination

Granvero may suspend or terminate access to the store when a user violates these Terms, threatens website security, engages in fraud, or uses the store unlawfully.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

25. Changes to These Terms

Granvero may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, technology, products, services, or business practices.

The updated version will be posted with a revised date. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required or permitted by law.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies displayed during checkout, constitute the agreement between the customer and Granvero concerning use of the store.
